Pine & Oak World use a secure server and a system from Secure Trading for all credit and debit card payments. We are so confident of our security that we will guarantee any costs that your credit card company hold you responsible for if your card is used fraudulently as a result of shopping with us using our secure transaction system.

How can I place an order?

You can place orders over the internet, by fax, by post or phone.

What is the order process?

Simply browse our website catalgue pages and click on "add to basket" to any items you wish to buy. The number of these items can be modified later if you wish. When you have finished shopping, click on the "checkout" button which takes you to the order page. Enter your details and credit card information and send them to us via our secure server. If preferred you can also print the order form and send it to us by fax or post or telephone us on 01752 896776 and place the order over the phone. You will be contacted within 2 working days to confirm the order and be advised of an anticipated delivery date.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via our secure server and can accept cheques with orders via post.

Do prices include VAT?

All our prices include UK VAT at the current rate.

How do your prices compare to others?

We aim to beat any Internet price - please contact us if you find prices lower anywhere else in the UK.

When will you despatch my order?

The time it takes for a piece of furniture to come in to stock can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Once we receive an item into our warehouse it is quality checked and re-packaged for onward transportation and usually despatched within 3 working days.

When will my goods arrive?

Once an order is placed with us it is processed the same day via our intranet ordering system. Your furniture is then specifically made for you and will take between 6 and 8 weeks to be delivered to you. We will contact you only when we have received your furniture in to our distribution depot. Your order will then be despatched within 14 days and delivered at a time that is convenient to you.

Do you have an after sales service?
